Mothercentered is holistic maternal mental health training informed by Internal Family Systems. Mothercentered acknowledges the impact of patriarchy on matrescent women, and teaches practitioners a new way of working with Mom Parts that is respectful, validating and empowering.

In a baby-centric world, mothers' profound needs often go unrecognized - both by society and within their own transforming bodies and psyches. Mothercentered challenges this paradigm by creating new concepts and language to help mothers identify and build relationships with their parts.

By equipping practitioners to hold space for the full maternal experience (all Mom Parts welcome), we move beyond labeling natural responses as "disorders." Instead, we create communities where mothers' experiences are validated and their transformation is honored.

The Mom Parts Intensive

Some things can’t be reached in a single session. Some healing needs a container — a defined arc of time and intention where you aren’t just touching the surface of your experience, but moving all the way through it.

The Mom Parts Intensive is exactly that.

Support when you Need it Most

Four hours. Your parts. My full presence.

Maybe you have some grief that hasn't had a safe place to land. Or shame you've been quietly pushing back for years. Parts of you that have been working 24/7 to take care of everyone else — and have never quite had the time or space to be cared for themselves.

What about your Wanting? Your sadness? The anxious parts that have never received the kind of unhurried, witnessed attention they truly need?

This is a space for all of that.

Over four dedicated hours together, we'll use the Mom Parts framework to identify what's most alive in your inner system, meet the parts that have been working hardest and holding the most pain, and begin building a real relationship with your Inner Mom. This is focused, personalized, therapeutic work. You'll have my complete attention, the full depth of the methodology I created, and a carefully held space to go somewhere you haven't been able to go on your own.

All sessions take place via telehealth. In-person sessions in Santa Cruz, California are available by arrangement for those willing to travel.Clients must be physically present in California for all sessions — whether meeting online from within the state or traveling to California for in-person work.

Where We Begin

Every intensive begins with a brief consultation with Jessica — a conversation to determine fit, choose your track, and begin designing your experience together. After reviewing your inquiry form, Jessica will reach out personally if she feels this may be a good fit. A fully refundable $50 deposit is required to confirm your consultation appointment, applied toward your intensive if you decide to proceed.

The $50 deposit is refunded in full if the consultation takes place and we determine together that the intensive is not the right fit at this time. It is forfeited only in the case of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

Choose Your Path

When you book a Mom Parts Intensive, you’ll choose one of two tracks. Both follow the same arc and include the same depth of presence and attention. The difference is whether we use ketamine as a support for the journey.

Track One

Mom Parts Intensive

Four one-hour sessions · No medicine incorporated

We’ll meet four times, using the Mom Parts Method as our guide — a structured, five-step process that gently steers you inward and helps you identify, meet, and befriend the parts of you that most need witnessing, care, and relief.

Grief and shame often live in the parts that are hardest to reach through ordinary conversation. The Mom Parts Method creates a container for approaching them differently — with curiosity, with compassion, and without the pressure to fix or resolve anything before it’s ready.

Track Two

Mom Parts KAP Intensive

Three appointments · Four total hours · Ketamine-assisted

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) uses a low dose of prescribed ketamine to soften the protective parts of your system and create conditions for deeper healing. Ketamine creates an opening for grief and shame that have been locked away, and for parts that have never felt safe enough to peek their heads out, and receive a little love.

Combined with the Mom Parts Method, KAP becomes a powerful and purposeful container for befriending yourself.

Clients must have a prescription and medicine prior to our Intensive.

What it Looks Like

Important: Ketamine requires a prescription.
To participate in the KAP track, you’ll need a valid ketamine prescription from a licensed medical provider. If you don’t have a prescriber, I can provide a referral. Please note that obtaining a prescription typically takes a few weeks — if you’re considering the KAP track, reach out sooner rather than later.

Who is this For?

Is an Intensive Right For You?

The Mom Parts Intensive is designed as one meaningful part of a larger healing journey — a powerful opening, not a complete solution.

This work is designed for people who are ready to get intimate with their inner world and are looking for intentional support. It is most effective when you have enough stability to be present with difficult feelings. An Intensive is not the right fit if you are currently experiencing active psychosis or mania.

If you’re unsure whether this is appropriate for your current situation, that’s exactly what the consultation is for — we’ll figure it out together.
