Mom Parts Salons are gatherings led by Certified Mothercentered practitioners, where moms are guided through a 5-step process of exploring parts and uncovering self-compassion, within a supportive community of other moms who are bringing their Courage, Curiosity and Compassion to create a powerful healing environment.

In our one hour therapeutic salons, we guide moms through a simple process that increases self-compassion and personal insight.

Why do moms need Mom Parts Salons?

Moms are highly triggered (inadequate sleep, intense demands, lack of external support, intense Inner Critics).
Moms are the most significant influencers of our human species.
Motherhood is a (long) phase of life where moms are highly motivated to heal themselves.

How Does It Work?

Salons are warm, intimate groups of moms, all of whom participate in a guided visualization to help unblend from their protector parts. Together, we name Truths, Inescapable Vulnerabilities and the needed Remedies for our pain. All participants map their parts and some choose to share about their process. Mom Parts cards allow for a creative, spontaneous exploration and every Salon takes its own shape to fit the needs of participants.

Using the Mom Parts Method, participants will be supported through a 5-step process of unblending from triggered parts and into accessing more Self-energy while the rest of the group lends support and benefits from shared healing. Salons occur online and in-person.
