A 3-hour experiential learning session where we slow the process down and focus on working with one Protective Mom Part that might be asking for some extra attention. You’ll experience how this befriending approach is supported through a psycholytic KAP lens and learn how to apply it as a preparation, dosing, and integration framework with clients.

Befriending The Inner Critic

Using 'When Good Moms Feel Bad' as a reference point, this lab offers a deeper exploration of the Inner Critic’s fears and hopes.  Through didactic and experiential sessions, you’ll learn how to support clients in relating to their Inner Critic with curiosity and care and apply a psycholytic KAP framework to this work in your practice.
