Part #1: Orientation & Mom Parts Check-In

Grounding. Education. Preparation.

  • Welcome & orientation to the container

  • Brief overview of the Mom Parts Method

  • Framing psycholytic work: low and slow

  • Gentle Mom Parts check-in/mapping

  • Choosing one protector part for the journey

Part #2: Psycholytic KAP Experiential

Witnessing. Differentiation. Spaciousness.

  • Pre-journey grounding and intention setting

  • Optional psycholytic ketamine experience

  • Supporting inward forcus on chosen protector part

  • Opportunity for reflection, journaling, music, and rest

  • Gentle re-emergence

Part #3 Integration & Clinical Translation

Meaning-Making. Application. Closure.

  • Guided integration using the Mom Parts lens

  • Noticing shifts in relationship to parts

  • Clinical discussion: applying this work in practice
